Zeus’s Note

I used to treat health as a background task until I realized it’s the foundational variable. When my sleep is off, my decisions get worse. When I’m not training, my energy for everything else drops. The body isn’t separate from the mission — it is the mission.

I log workouts daily (short, just sets/reps/weight), run a weekly biometrics check, and do a quarterly health review. The quarterly is where I adjust protocols — not every week.

My medical/records/ folder holds PDFs and notes from every doctor visit. Having it organized means I can ask my AI to pull context before any appointment and go in prepared.

Getting Started

  1. Write health-overview.md — current state, any active protocols, top 1–2 goals
  2. Document your current training program (even if informal)
  3. Note your current nutrition approach
  4. List your doctors and any active medications in medical/providers.md
