Weekly Review — March 10–16, 2026
Period Summary
Major infrastructure week. Finished restructuring the codex from the old PARA-based layout to the CODEX 4-quadrant system. All 9 agents are now deployed and running on the VPS. Fitness stayed consistent — hit all 4 training sessions.
Wins
- Codex migration complete — all notes moved to the 4-quadrant structure
- 9-agent roster fully operational (Legacy + 8 domain agents)
- Hit overhead press PR (135 lbs)
- Family Sunday dinner with extended family
Lessons
- Migrating notes is the easy part. The hard part is building the daily habit of capturing TO the codex instead of random Apple Notes or Slack messages.
- Agent heartbeats need tuning — some agents are too chatty, others too quiet. Legacy at 1h is good. Domain agents at 3h is too long for active projects.
Metrics
| Area | Target | Actual | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deep work hours | 20 | 18 | Lost 2h to infra debugging |
| Workouts | 4 | 4 | On track |
| Codex captures | 5/day | 3/day | Need to improve morning ritual adherence |
| Agent tasks dispatched | — | 47 | First full week of multi-agent ops |
Unfinished Business
- Codex-live public vault not started yet
- Haven agent calendar integration pending
- Empire agent needs Zoho CRM connection
Next Week Priorities
- Build and launch codex-live public vault
- Integrate Haven with shared family calendar
- Write first “Build Your Codex” workshop outline
Quadrant Check
- UI (Tech/AI): Strong — all agents deployed, codex migrated
- HP (Self): Good — fitness on track, need more capture discipline
- LE (Family): Steady — Sunday dinner was great, calendar integration needed
- GE (Business): Starting — Empire agent live, need content strategy for launch
