55 — Health (Family Wellness)

The family that stays well together, builds together.

What Lives Here

The family’s collective health infrastructure — not just records, but the protocols, decisions, and knowledge that keep everyone well and prepared.

  • Medical records — key diagnoses, medications, allergies per family member
  • Wellness protocols — family nutrition, sleep, movement practices
  • Genetics & family history — hereditary conditions to be aware of
  • Healthcare providers — doctors, dentists, specialists with contact info
  • Emergency protocols — what to do when someone gets sick or injured
  • Health insurance — coverage details, claims process, deductibles

Zeus’s Note

This domain saved me time on multiple occasions — when a doctor asked about family history, when I needed to verify someone’s allergies before surgery, when we had to navigate insurance for an unexpected event.

The key insight: most families have all this information scattered across emails, apps, and memory. Centralizing it in plain text means any family member (or AI agent) can access it instantly. No app lock-in. No subscription. Just Markdown.

Start with one file per family member. Even 10 bullet points of key health facts per person makes a difference.
