75 — Personal Brand (Zeus Delacruz Enterprise)

Your brand is the story people tell about you when you’re not in the room.

What Lives Here

Your public identity as a creator, thought leader, and entrepreneur. How you show up, what you stand for, and how you build an audience around it.

  • Brand positioning — who you are publicly, your niche, your unique angle
  • Content strategy — what you publish, where, at what cadence
  • Platform presence — YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, podcasts, newsletters
  • Audience — who follows you, what they care about, what you’ve built
  • Brand assets — bio versions, headshots, logos, color palette, tone guide
  • Partnerships & sponsorships — brand deals, collabs, affiliate relationships

Zeus’s Note

My personal brand is built around one idea: you can use AI to run your life better — not just your work. Everything I publish ties back to that. Having this written down keeps me from chasing every trend.

The positioning doc is the most important file in this folder. When someone asks “what do you do?”, that doc is your answer. I rewrite mine every 6 months. It gets sharper each time.

The content strategy is not a content calendar — it’s the logic behind what I publish. Why YouTube over TikTok for me. Why long-form over short-form right now. Why I write a weekly newsletter instead of daily posts. Strategy doesn’t change weekly. Tactics do.
