Project: One Mind Public Launch
Overview
Take the One Mind framework from personal system to public product. Share the codex method, build a community of builders using it, and establish One Mind as the go-to AI-native life operating system.
Goals
- Launch codex-live as a public, forkable vault on GitHub
- Build initial community of 100 active users
- Produce educational content showing the system in action

Notes
The key selling point is that this isn’t a template — it’s a living vault. People can see exactly how I use it, fork it, and make it their own. The framework is tool-agnostic, but the reference implementation uses Obsidian + Git.
