Codex Skill: Reflect
How to run a review — weekly, monthly, or quarterly. This is the X (eXamine) step in the CODEX method.
The Review Philosophy
Reviews are not administrative tasks. They are the mechanism by which the system learns. Without reflection, you capture and execute but never improve. The codex compounds in value exactly as much as you review it.

- What were the 3 biggest things that happened?
- What did I say I’d do that I didn’t? Why?
- What’s my energy level going into next week?
- What are my top 3 priorities for next week?
